Is there an xorg.conf configuration for dealing with one button mice? My first thought was to use xmodmap to map useless keyboard keys as button 2 and 3, but xmodmap remaps keyboards and buttons independently. I know there are some kernel ifdefs for handling it in the keyboard driver, but I really would prefer a solution right in the X server.
