[ati-6.7.192] where are "CRT2HSync" and "CRT2VRefresh"?

Hello,

I want to attach a FSC W19-1 LCD to my notebook (XPRESS 200M) but 
somehow it fails to detect the DDC:

DDC2/I2C is not properly initialized
Not using default mode "1440x900" (hsync out of range)

I tried with the "CRT2HSync" and "CRT2VRefresh" options but apparently 
they are ignored with the new driver (works with 6.6.193). It makes no 
difference if I have them in my xorg.conf or not.

Have the options changed to force my second monitors HSync and VRefresh?
