No native LCD resolution since intel driver version 2

AFAIK, modelines didn't work at all before 2.0, the 915resolution tool
had to be used instead. So I also didn't use them.

With version 2.0, 915resolution doesn't work anymore.

Well, that mail also looks as if the user is complaining that his
config doesn't work. I was more interested in configs that are proven
to work.
