xorg upgrade i810->intel driver broke 1600x1200 resolution on Intel 865G chipset

Comment out the above HorizSync and VertRefresh options. Once done, the
X server and the intel driver should be using DDC to drive the monitor
(and use the 1600x1200 mode that was being ignored due to it being "out
of range" based on the HorizSync values)
