So then XQueryBestCursor should be read as XQueryBestHWCursor? What
about arbitrary depth cursor images? Is a monochrome screen suppose to
handle a ARGB cursor image?
Arbitrary size and depth "cursors" can already be implemented with
pixmaps and pointer grabs, can't they?
