Here is my output for comparison:

Device 'ELECOM ELECOM TrackBall Mouse':
         Device Enabled (188): 1
         Coordinate Transformation Matrix (190): 1.000000, 0.000000,

libinput Button Scrolling Button (328): 2

libinput Middle Emulation Enabled Default (331): 0
         libinput Rotation Angle (332): 0.000000
libinput Rotation Angle Default (333): 0.000000
         libinput Accel Speed (334): 0.400000

libinput Left Handed Enabled Default (340): 0
libinput Send Events Modes Available (308): 1, 0
libinput Send Events Mode Enabled (309): 0, 0
libinput Send Events Mode Enabled Default (310): 0, 0
         Device Node (311): "/dev/input/event5"
         Device Product ID (312): 1390, 252
         libinput Drag Lock Buttons (341): <no items>
libinput Horizontal Scroll Enabled (342): 1

The only difference I see is that you got a different acceleration profile
with a negative -0.4, while mine is +0.4.

What do you get for feedback parameters? Mine are:

volodya at iridium:~$ xinput --get-feedbacks 11
1 feedback class
PtrFeedbackClass id=0
         accelNum is 2
         accelDenom is 1
         threshold is 4

(11 is the id of my trackball).
