[avahi] Is intltool a must to build Avahi?

Most distributions ship it anyway. Usually something like "yum install
intltool" or "apt-get install intltool" should do the trick for you.

The current configure code requires it. But you are of course welcome
to prepare a patch that makes this functionality optional. And I would
certainly merge it if it is clean.

Please note that a patch for this might end up being more complex than
you might think on first sight, since you might need to define _(x) to
x to make the internationalized strings without intltool/gettext work.
