[Clipart] Possible suggestion to include more artists.

Sounds like a great idea!

I also suggest if this route is taken, that we use a system where the
community will know when someone is vectorizing the image in question so
that a bunch of people wont vectorz the same image unknowingly that
others are also working on the same image.
