Yes, it's only designed as a toy API, and only does _simple_
transforms on the CPU using lcms2. It's designed for things that want
to do simple color processing of small images. Certainly things like
devicelink are out of scope. I'm intending to use the abstract profile
support in the GTK3 print preview for GNOME 3. See

the "public statement" :)
