[compiz] Rotate zoom out + 3D windows

I was just wondering, what is keeping compiz from being able to zoom out the
cube while rotating and having a nicely done 3D plugin? It seems its already
implemented, do the following:

1. Set zoom to say, 4, in the switcher options.
2. Press ALT+TAB one time, release the TAB key, but dont release ALT.
3. With ALT pressed now press and hold CTRL and then click and hold the
mouse button so you can rotate the cube with the switcher activated.
4. As u can see, your being able to rotate a zoomed out cube, and the window
currently highlighted by the switcher is floating just like the 3D plugin
does BUT in the right way (gnome panel is not on top of the 3D windows).

Is there a reason why this isnt implemented in rotate plugin (zoom out) and
3D plugin (right 3D windows)?
