[CREATE] Last round of comments: LGM Code of Conduct

What about providing a "list of resources" at the end of the CofC? I
recall some people also had some very useful links to debating, conflict
resolution, moderation and mediation techniques.  I think it would be
helpful to reference some of these positive resources too.
