"geoclue for maemo" SoC project plan.

Ok, the revised SoC project plan as promised. Ideally this would be just
a new version of the one in maemo.org -- unfortunately I was without
write access on maemo.org for some time, so had to change platform. Get
the pdf here:

I tried to keep it short and to the point, but I also wanted to include
all the ideas that have popped up in the last month or so regardless of
their connection with maemo. So it's still 5 pages.
  Any feedback is valuable, as some parts of this are still quite
unclear to me... I'll be available in IRC from now on again, but the
mailing list is probably the best feedback method since it has automatic
archives.
