commit protocol + moving the wiki

Cheers,

My Summer of Code work has now really started (didn't get the head start
I planned, but that's the way it goes). I've got a more detailed project
plan almost ready for comments, you'll get that tomorrow. In the mean
time, some practical issues:

Keith, judging by the commits you are the 'code owner' here. First, if
you'd like to get new code committed now and can't because fd.o admins
aren't exactly lightning fast, let me know and we'll work something out.
Second, do you have opinions on how I should upload new code to the
repository? Totally new features should probably go to a specific branch
first (I'm not an expert, but I've been told branches are A Smart Move
in git...), but what about bugfixes and small changes to current code? I
can send patches to the list or just commit without warning, or whatever
is best...

By the way, I've copied the wiki page from live.gnome.org to
http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/GeoClue. I'm hoping we get a
geoclue.freedesktop.org -redirect just like DBus has, but currently it
does not work.
The only thing that seems to be broken on the page are the wiki
homepages in the "People"-section. If no-one has objections I'll replace
the live.gnome.org page with a "moved to fd.o"-notice.
