Updated summary to reflect that the problem appears to be changing ID3 tags in
gstreamer generally.  I can use a id3demux ! id3mux pipeline from the command
line to copy a file and it's tags, and writing ID3 tags to a new MP3 file is
obviously working from sound-juicer, so that "writing" works, but "changing"
doesn't appear to.
