Hello,

I'm trying to build the gst-plugins-base-0.10.21.4 pre-release on a nearly
clean Ubuntu 8.04 installation and I get the following error. I can perfectly
build gst-plugins-base-0.10.21 on this system with the same setup. This does
not happen on a Ubuntu 8.10 installation.

(I need todo autogen because I do some patching for static plugins, without
autogen.sh building runs fine)
