Thanks for the fix but it seems that faac (other element that also deals with
AAC) uses bitrate as an int and not as int64. For being uniform it would be
better to have the bitrate as an INT in AAC GstStructure.

Did this cause any issue to you or it just draw your attention because of the
type difference?
