[gst-devel] ffmpeg dec keyframes.

In gst_ffmpeg 0.10.0 I could feed differential frames into ffdec_h261,
without first sending a keyframe, and I would see the image be gradually
drawn. Now, with 0.10.1 I simply get errors from decoder wanting a
keyframe. Is it possible to send a blank keyframe, so I can get the
previous behaviour again?

This if for an RTP/H261 video conference app, and the existing software
doesn't seem to send keyframes, or at least not very regularly.
