[gst-devel] RTP Packets in Gstreamer

Hi , 

 

I can't locate the part that handle the RTP header on Gstreamer , My task
needs to be able to change some values on The RTP header before start
streaming  . 

 

 

Please if anyone could help me to locate this code , it will be appreciated
