Dynamic pipeline, "non-strictly-monotonic PTS" warning with x264enc after switching source

I think I have discovered the 'proper' way to fix it ....

set the options 
tune=zerolatency option-string="fps=25"
to the x264enc element & it will do its own timestamping.
