Dynamic pipeline, "non-strictly-monotonic PTS" warning with x264enc after switching source

That's a much nicer way than I did it - I wrote a plugin that adjusted the
timestamp; calculating the retimestamp shift each time current_pts -
last_pts went negative. 

How would seeks work in this case ?? 

Aside: Also you detect that the actual source has switched in playbin2.
