Segment event generation at source plugin (Push mode)

Hi Muller,

Data will be different file formats.


Rest of the pipeline will be same as it occurs in case of filesrc and
type-find then auto-plugging for the format.

mysrc <-> demuxer <-> decoder <-> audio/video sink

Please let me know if this answer doesn't answers your query about pipeline.
