Issues cloning gst-sdk-tutorials

I'm having some issues cloning the gstreamer sdk tutorials repo
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/~slomo/gst-sdk-tutorials/

I've tried using both links provided at the bottom of the page with no
success
git://people.freedesktop.org/~slomo/gst-sdk-tutorials
ssh://people.freedesktop.org/~slomo/gst-sdk-tutorials

I also tried to add the suffix .git but it didn't solve it. . Anyone else
having the same issue? Am I doing something wrong?
