How to get missing plugin for AVI(with RAW PCM)

Hello everyone, 

I am new to Gstreamer.

I would like to ask you about missing plugins

In My Linux PC , I can play avi file, but did not play with gst-lauche-0.10 

My question is  what plugins is needed and Where can i get it ?
