I'm not sure of any way of accurately finding out what the devices
actually are. The acpi-toshiba module just calls them "Toshiba Notebook
Extra HCI driver" I've I sneaking suspicion that it's my HCF soft-modem,
but I'm not sure (and I don't think the toshiba driver is that sure either...)
