Hal failed to initialize

Hello,

I installed a vserver Ubuntu (http://linux-vserver.org/) on my Debian
machine. In this vserver, I installed "ltsp" (http://ltsp.org/) and I
configured it.

When I open a session with a diskless machine, I have an error (in the
graphical mode) : "Error, Hal failed to initialize".

On my Debian machine, when I reboot the vserver, I have :
"Starting Hardware abstraction layer: 16:29:17.920 [W] hald.c:302: Your
kernel does not support capabilities; some features will not be
available". So I recompile my kernel but it always appears.

Hal and udev are installed on the vserver.

Could somebody help me, please?
