scanners and sane

I think that if we provide a clean way to handle this, there is no
reason HP reinvent the wheel. That's the same debate as SANE well-known
option, SANE lakes convention and backend lakes consistency, at least,
hplip backend has a coherent set of option (afaik, i have a bunch of hp
all-in-one printers).
