[immodule-qt] requirements document upate

Hello all,

Sorry I haven't been around lately, still working on finishing the thesis. 
I've updated the requirements document just a bit to add some of the 
discussion topics that have been going on on this list.

I think it would also be interesting to try to have language specific 
requirements, and maybe we can get a comprehensive picture of what kinds of 
range of features need to be covered.

Also, if any of you can comment on the sections that don't have much
