[Intel-gfx] ASUS P5E-VM HDMI users: HDMI ready to test now!

Hi Hong and Gordon,

I have tried applying this patch to both the 2.3 and master branches.
I can NOT get it to apply cleanly.

Is there a tag that I can pick up to apply it cleanly?
