They sound like real issues, I wouldn't be surprised if the first
problem was an EDID fetching bug like ajax mentioned.  The other two
may be related to the way our KMS usermode code interacts with the
kernel; I don't think they're likely to be fixed in 2.6.32 but I
haven't looked at the TV patches that went in recently.
