[Libdlo] what displaylink device should i buy and what steps are still needed?

Please ignore the sisusb stuff, i don't know why I added it in the
post. I was comparing the sisusb and displaylink max resolution
options, and possible was a bit confused and added it in the mail.

The below questions are still correct.
