[Libreoffice-qa] BugReport_Details & associated templates

Hi,

I've edited http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/BugReport_Details to make it compliant to the Bug Assistant microformat ( https://bugassistant.libreoffice.org/libreoffice/libreoffice-bug.html ). I fixed a few places where a closing or opening div were missing. I also moved the "Read more" link in the component template when there was one ( for instance in http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Template:BugzAssHlp_BASIC ). The benefit of doing so is that it now shows in the Bug Assistant as well, at the end of the short explanation. I think that's what you intended. If it's not, feel free to change it back. I had the best of intentions but I may have been overzealous :-)
