I have added some people into CC and pointed him to the developer
mailing list and irc channel.

Sure. I suggest to point these people to the developer mailing list
libreoffice at lists.freedesktop.org or to the #libreoffice-dev channel at
irc.freenode.net.

I am afraid that developer watch the libreoffice-qa mailing list less
regularly, so your mail was missed few days :-)
