Deploying in windows machines

Thanks Matus for the suggestion.

I found I was using a customized and outdated serviced.rdb that I imported
from a previous installation, and now I have it fixed and working.

(Actually the services.rdb was customized to remove deploymentgui.dll from
users (as a security policy)).
