Looked like tb82 acted up for whatever reason; have meanwhile taken it 
temporarily offline at <https://ci.libreoffice.org/computer/tb82/> 
"keeps failing missing various tools, like /usr/bin/m4, or bison, or 
otool" until somebody takes a look.
