Review list of bugs with ODF relationship to be covered by a TDF tender

some comments from my review:

* 129061 FILEOPEN PPTX: equation not displayed because Impress doesn't 
support inline formulas

the as-char embedded object is doable, the OOXML-inline-feature rather 
offtopic.

* 45854    ODF database mime-type confusion

have written a mail to TC chairs, lets see...

* 68024 table: evaluates <text:variable-set> in body of float and void 
cells, but not of string cells

this (and related issues) is all very non-obvious to me; i suspect what 
happened is that ODF specified what Calc was doing without regard to 
Writer doing different things... probably would leave it alone for now.

* 105844 FILESAVE: Very slow saving with password compared to 5.2.5

this should require some weeks on its own, probably too large.

* 106733 Implement ODF attribute fo:hyphenate to exclude a portion of 
text from hyphenation

here i'm more optimistic, the missing UI should just be a checkbox, just 
needs some UX advice where to put it on the dialog.

* 131127 FILESAVE: Form: incorrect "time" type

at first glance this appears to be as in "description", i dont see a 
problem with the Validator, could be fixed in 2 steps (first import, 
then export).

* 131148 FILESAVE: Date form: unexpected attribute "form:input-required"

we should try to get this into ODF 1.4, that should take less work 
overall, i have filed:
