Attention Windows developers: do not upgrade Cygwin to version 3.5.0

Hi Ilmari,

Thanks for the info. Although I have Cygwin 3.4.10, I still have a problem
with building help.
assertion "bc_ctl.arg_max >= LINE_MAX" failed: file
"/mnt/c/Users/bwi/src/cygwin/findutils/findutils-4.9.0-1.x86_64/src/findutils-4.9.0/xargs/xargs.c",
line 511, function: main
Has anyone seen this?
