i965/gs: Add new primitive types.

As part of its support for geometry shaders, GL 3.2 introduces four
new primitive types: GL_LINES_ADJACENCY, GL_LINE_STRIP_ADJACENCY,
GL_TRIANGLES_ADJACENCY, and GL_TRIANGLE_STRIP_ADJACENCY.
