this is due the game requiring a 4.2 context. They asked for it and then it
crashes because they don't error check.

Then the game crashes because there is no ARB_shading_language_include.

try out:

https://github.com/karolherbst/mesa.git
branch: ARB_shading_language_include

but you will get graphical glitches, because you need to spoof the GL vendor to
ATI to force the ATI rendering path
