[Mesa-stable] Stable request

Hi Carl,

I've backported the patch
(0001-i965-Fix-render-to-texture-in-non-FinishRenderTextur.patch) to the
10.1 branch. I removed the reference to stencil textures as that's not
supported in that branch. I don't have access to the title in question so I
don't know if the application required that or not.

Eric, was stencil texture support required for the app?  If so, then ignore
the patch, I'll need to pull in the dependent features.
