problems with huawei E3372 alias Telekom Speedstick V

Hi,

now I tried a up-to-date Modemmanager. The Logfile is attached.

The Modemmanager connects and disconnects. ( the LED-status shows it), but I 
still can't use the connection.

dhcp at wwan0 times out.

I tried it also without modemmanager via cat/echo directly to /dev/cdc-wdm0 
with ndisconn instead of ndisdup. But no change. I can ask for ^dhcp? but if I 
use the values, they don't work. (ip,nm,gw,gw,dns1,dns2,?,?, in hex reverse 
order)
