ANN: ModemManager 1.4.12 released

Hey hey,

New release in the ModemManager 1.4.x series, which this time also
includes some additional new features.

Overview of changes in ModemManager 1.4.12
------------------------------------------

 * MBM: implemented GPS support for Ericsson modems.
 * MBM: enabled GPS port for H5321gw and HS2350.
 * Telit: added udev rules for HE910/UE910/UL865.
 * Telit: implemented dynamic port identification.
 * QMI: expose IP config details in bearer object even if DHCP is requested.
 * QMI: retrieve MM_MODEM_3GPP_FACILITY_SIM.
 * MBIM: CDMA capabilities disabled by default (not yet supported).
 * libmm-glib: if empty path (/) given, no SIM object will be created.
 * libmm-glib: added missing introspection annotations to disconnect().
 * Core: don't check the cache when explicitly asking for required unlocks.
 * Core: initialize SMS messaging support also in the secondary port.
 * Core: new +CGMR parser which covers the Telit HE910 specific format.
 * Core: new AT-based generic implementation for the Time interface.
 * Core: fix reporting DENIED state in 3GPP modems.
 * Policy: remove rule which was preventing us from receiving signals.
 * Blacklist: ignored MediaTek preloader.
 * and some other minor fixes...
