[ooo-build] OOo 3.2 hits the repo! But update issues.

The 3-layer system is designed the way that normally the different
ooobasis packages could be able to coexist. The main problem here is
that the files that you mention are not in the right packages. The
cli_uno_bridge.dll and libuno_sal_textenc.so.3 should be in
openoffice.org-ure package and the kdefilepicker and oosplash.bin in
openoffice.org3 package.

And yes, uninstalling ooobasis3.1* would solve the issue this time
around. But a fixing of packages will be the solution for 3.2.1 I guess.
