[OpenFontLibrary] licence

I hope the launched site will stick to ofl+pd, and in future will be
ofl+cc0+gplv3later+fe. The wiki confusion is my fault because it talks as if
either is real. It is a wiki though, so please just dive in and fix the bugs
as you see them :)

Well, license issues will always be a high-profile part of free and open
source software. The archives of this list are proof of that :-)

If we only host OFL and PD we will lose some quite important typeface
projects, and this is a current concern.
