[OpenFontLibrary] OFLB development (was: Status Aiki Conversion)

Hi Eric, yes, I moved all plans here, and made a consolidate release
strategy. Launchpad just works:

There has to be some reality assessment on different parts and
cleaning off of old content from places like the wiki, etc.
