OK. Reported for scribus as http://bugs.scribus.net/view.php?id=2882

If nobody complains, we can add following text to ICC FHS draft:

Subdirectories are allowed in ICC profiles search directories.
Applications should read recursively these directories to get complete
set of installed ICC profiles.
