[Openicc] PPD colouring

Just an update.

The discussion has now shifted to the gutenprint email list, on how to 
best introduce the over all concept of tagging, alias colouring, into 
Gutenprint's architecture.

Robert suggested to switch to US english and notes that there are no 
enumerations needed. Just provide several "ColorKeyWords" options and 
accumulate in the parser should be fine.
