[packagekit] reminding the user "in a little bit"

Sometimes we display a nag message to the user "You have 113 critical
updates" and the options are "Don't show me again" and "Update now" -
but sometime you are just busy for a little bit and want it to go away
automatically and come back.

What about adding a third button "Remind me again in 10 minutes" for
when you just need to finish writing a letter and then can manually
update. Note: This won't be seen by default, as updates should
automatically be installed.
