#779: Pulseaudio crashes frequently, related to #695
---------------------------------------+------------------------------------
 Reporter: svennielsen | Owner: lennart
     Type: defect | Status: new
Milestone: | Component: daemon
 Keywords: Pulseaudio crashes Ubuntu |
---------------------------------------+------------------------------------
 Running Ubuntu 9.10 64bit.

Exact cause unknown, happens at least every half hour. banshee was
playing, so banshee debug log attached.

Attached pulseaudio backtrace, but I think I missed something as gdb says
"no stack". I installed all "-dbg" packages for pulseaudio. What am I
missing to get a successful backtrace?

I read the infos that libcanberra is outdated in ubuntu, and one of the
last messages in gdb mentions libcanberra. Might this be the reason?

I can try another backtrace if you tell what I am missing there ;)

 Regards,
 Sven
