As mentioned:

        $ ./bootstrap.sh
        $ make -j4
        $ cd src
        $ ./pulseaudio

And of course one should be able to read the output of configure
and be able to install the missing deps.

All the lines above should be pretty standard and are basically the
same for every Linux package.
