bugzilla entries for the X11R6.7 release

One small thing I forgot on the call this morning - before the release
an X11R6.7 release should be added to bugzilla (and perhaps a CVS-HEAD
or CVS-CURRENT release?).

Also, the list of components under "xorg" leaves a lot that doesn't
really fit in to any category.  The current list is:
	cvs
	imake
	server
	xlib
	xt

At a minimum I think we need to add components for docs, other libs,
other programs, and maybe a generic catch-all "other".
